Another early morning swim

This morning I went for another lovely swim at the lake. I have to admit I didnt feel like going as I woke up at 6:30, but I had already booked and paid so I went along and I'm so glad I did. The temperature was 2 degrees warmer today at 19c which made a lot of difference. I managed 1.1k.

Meanwhile John is smashing out the internal door way between the porch and the little hallway area.
