Spent some time trying to sort out damaged cooker hoods and ordering a new one . Succeeded with getting a new one but not with cancellation and return. Good work phone call which was motivating for a change, then did more work, cooking and met L for a walk around Willen. Lots and lots of white swans but only saw this one pair of black
