At the Point

Whoo hoo, the little dolphin put on a little show with a few leaps out of the water which is always exciting to see.
There were a few other dolphins around some just swimming others hunting.
It was a beautiful evening after a really dull day that zaps your energy.
We went to Udale bay first and we were surprised by the difference in the weather. The Firth was still covered in a mist and the sun was hiding behind the clouds so we headed back and drove to the Point to see what was happening. Most of the carpark is still closed but we managed to get a place to park. We walked down the little path to the beach and stood and watched the dolphins and the sun setting behind us, lovely :)
The woodpeckers were back in the garden, three at one point. The Male and it’s youngster were happy to share the peanuts but was not happy to share the fat balls with a starling !
