Found in a neighbor’s yard. Only the people who have drip systems can grow flowers like these. They aren’t exactly native plants.
Not a horribly hot day. I think it topped out at 99°/32°. The wind was very strong, though. It couldn’t help the firefighters battling the fire north of the city. Seelye might know more about the fire raging outside of Phoenix. I heard that’s currently the largest wildfire in the country.
The County Supervisors voted 3-2 (along party lines which is stupid) to require the wearing of face coverings when out in public. Plenty of people object but I don’t care. At the rate our state is going, doing something has to be better than doing nothing.
I had a serum antibody test this morning. The doctor told me to be cautious no matter the result. Lots are returning false negatives/positives. That’s comforting.
