Pelican

This is one of the pelicans we saw today at San Remo. There's a regular 12 noon feeding that occurs and the pelicans arrive half an hour or so beforehand They mill around for a while and then start getting irritable with each other. They are big birds and have a sharp hook on the end of their beaks - you don't want to get in the way of that!

The weather's warming up again here - should get to 33degC by Wednesday. We're going on a road trip along the Great Ocean Road and into The Grampians for the next few days. Should be good.
