Unusual Fungi

Took Hetty out before breakfast and spotted these in the path just near the house, by the time we went out again after lunch they were gone. Strange, almost transparent.
Daughter and her boyfriend came round to pick up some step ladders so that they can press on with the decorating. Chatted in the garden for ten minutes as it was drizzling, but lovely to see her.
Coffee and walnut cake for hubby this week, not had that for years.
Nice glass of red while cooking dinner.
Feeling frustrated with the company reglazing my specs as still not got them and the website says they completed the job Monday so would have expected to have received them today at latest. Perhaps I am just not very patient.
