Success!

I've been experimenting with the breadmaker over the past couple of weeks and, while I've been generally pleased with the results, I find the fact that the paddle leaves a hole in the bottom of the loaf a bit annoying (being a bit of a perfectionist!) So this time I experimented with using baking spray on the paddle before adding all the ingredients and the paddle dropped out of the loaf when it was baked without any problems - success!
