Wet wet wet

An absolute downpour today. The thunderous rain actually sent our hulking big Cholmeley into a corner, like he does during fireworks and lightening.

But for some reason, the heavy rain has brought on our pond lillies. They obviously won’t open up but all the buds pushed up. There’s over a dozen of them in a totally natural pond - no filter etc.

Fish and newts are happy in there too.
