Deepwater Dreaming

Silverback log:

We’re at a bush camp just north of Deepwater, Queensland. Four days, no power, no water but 1 bar of iPhone reception! We came here to test Ziggy’s ‘off-grid’ abilities. So far so good.

There’s a resident mob of kangaroos so Enzo’s on his lead and harness. He gets excited when they hop away and runs after them otherwise.

We walked up a bush track to the insanely isolated windswept beach today. The Sparrows baking bread, the van smells awesome.

Daughter, son in law and grandkids are coming up for a campfire sleep over tomorrow night.
