Happy helper

Allegra loves “helping” - today it was with a pannacotta which went very wrong due to too much gelatine (or rather - agar flakes - apparently a vegan alternative to gelatine which was the best I could find in Sutton but which meant I was then left guessing at quantities and got it v wrong!). Flavour was good... but that was about it! Might try again but make an elderflower one since we still have an abundance of cordial...
