Thursday

In the dull block of flats, some colour popped out.

Today was strange. I have felt disconnected to everything. 

I phoned the Dr to get another prescription and discuss reducing the tablets more. He didn't have a surgery in the morning so I went back to sleep and woke much later. 

Phoned again after lunch and got an appt. Talked to him and got things sorted. 
I went for a late afternoon walk and picked up my prescription. I didn't feel safe outside, I wasn't quite aware of what was going on around me. 
Got home and fell asleep for a few hours.
