I've been seeing blips of this poppy field from local blippers, so of course I just had to go and see it for myself.  Its the first time I've seen red poppies since moving to Cumbria over 12 years ago!  I'm so glad I went and of course now I know where it is I can go again next year.  Afterwards I went to a nature reserve the other side of Brough in the hope of finding the illusive Frog Orchid.  Still no sign of any but they are probably in a secret place.  I did however actually see a real frog believe it or not!  Other orchids were spotted, lots of Butterfly and Marsh orchids.  Also saw some Ragged Robin... collage in extras.
