Garden Bird

I am not sure what this bird in but think it may be a siskin. It is very small, smaller than a goldfinch. (Now identified as a siskin thanks to WalkingMarj).

It has been another fairly miserable day, cool with some occasional rain. Doesn't the weather know it is supposed to be mid-summer's day on Saturday? We have had lots of birds on the feeders today and I can identify them all except this one. Bullfinches, goldfinches, greenfinches as well as the sparrows.  Taken through my kitchin window and heavily cropped.
