Yes, it's raining at last...

"I've having the devil of a time trying to work out these umbrella thingies. Aren't they supposed to be the other way up? It's weeing down and my vision's gone all blurry! All I can do is hang on and hope for the best..."

At last we're getting a little rain. Not a lot, to be sure, but the ground is sucking it up hungrily. A day for bass playing and German, I think.

I've had a couple of shots today where there is noticeable banding in the bokeh. I don't know if it's the low light high speed flash that's brought it out, but in nine thousand shots it's the first time I've come across it. Hmm...
