I made a little more progress on my prescription today. I also found that Channel 4 is showing Frasier, series one in the morning (when I would never usually watch tv, but this is not a usual holiday). The writing is so crisp and delicious!

Later on we went to the shore at low tide and discovered that the Thames Clipper boats have started running again (or at least testing). It feels a bit like a delayed spring, with some things beginning to open up again.
