Winter Fire

At the start of the path up the hill are these red hot pokers or kniphofia.  They were the one bright spot on a uniformly grey day and cold day.  I used the day to complete inside tasks. I backed up my photos to the external hard drive. Checked the spelling and lay out of photobook.  Some online shopping and I was able to order the lovely daughter two things for her birthday in July.  
I hope yesterday's ducklings are tucked up under their mother.
