Adding Sparkle To The Most Flimsy Of Grasses

I decided that I needed a leg stretch and some fresh air before I did anything this morning, so I was straight up and out. Just a short walk to the church, around the sheep field and home again. I hadn’t appreciated how damp everywhere was and I came home with very wet feet and trousers. The good thing about the heavy dew was the raindrops adding sparkle to even the most flimsy of grass flowers.

Sushi had his first shift back at work today at the local McDonald’s. He was very worried about it but I think it went ok in the end, once he’d got used to the new regime and wearing a mask. It’s only the drive-through open, but he said it was still really busy.
