Chewing the cud

The yoga teacher’s Internet connexion was poor this morning so the live streaming lesson was abandoned after a few minutes. I did my own routine before setting out on a bike ride. It was warm with little wind so made a nice change from the usual rather boring circuit walk. In between times, I was at the food bank sending out deliveries in the morning and packing boxes in the afternoon.
