The wonders of TV

In my day it was Blue Peter, I think that has long gone, however the essence is still there....almost. After a day of James asking to go shopping to buy random items, towels, needle and thread, we finally got to the bottom of it. So an old towel from the attic, Katie's Mum's sewing machine (on loan!) and a small boy stitching up the monster he had made on a Saturday afternoon.

My sewing skills came back to me fairly quickly, I was a little older than James when I was stitching up ripstop fabric to make complex kites....now all I need to do is find the episode that they make kites....
