Fast or slow cooker

We have had this for years. Tonight I realised I didn’t know how to use it as Bob used to do all the cooking. I worked it out and cooked a nice chicken casserole.

Tonight we logged on to two video conferences. The first about using seaweed as a supplement for sheep and cattle which is improving their growth rate and lowers the methane they produce. The next was about converting your heating to heat pumps. We have gas which is getting very expensive as our local gas is mostly exported. We are both concerned about the environmental damage from use of coal, gas and wood burning heaters and stoves and if changes are to be made it’s better to go for cleaner energy.
