Better late than never

I started some tomato plants from seeds about 6 weeks ago,  Yeah, I started much later than I should have.  I could blame it on the seed company, on Covid-19, etc. but it doesn't matter.  All of the seed sprouted and are going strong now.  I have no idea what I am going to do with a dozen tomato plants and all the tomatoes I imagine they will produce.  They are a variety called Black Crim, which is a beefsteak size with a blackish-burgundy skin.  They should be interesting.
