Evening sky

23:12 and getting this on quickly before midnight strikes. Otherwise would be my first ‘blip-miss’.

The day’s disappeared (again). Spent ages hand-washing (John Lewis still don’t install washer-dryers machines re Covid), cleaning the hob and oven door this morning, and other chores.

We finally got out for a walk at 15:30. Wanted to see how the centre looked now shops are open. Not majorly busy. The only queue was at H&M. Tesco had a few customers, with little evidence of Social Distancing.

There were keep left/right stickers on the pavements, completely disregarded by the youngsters and cyclists. 99% not wearing masks. The beach was busy with large groups sitting in tight circles.

So yes, back to some sort of normality, for the kids anyway. Think we’ll continue to avoid the centre.
