Peskies

A family of squirrels have made their home near our garden, mum and two youngsters.  Between them they managed to wreck one of my bird feeders, the squirrel-proof sunflower hearts feeder.  This morning I found it lying in the grass, hanging handle missing, top unlatched and open and contents gone!

I filled the other seed feeders and left the broken one one on the old bench at the bottom of the garden, quietly cursing the furry brats under my breath.

This afternoon I looked out at the garden to see the two youngsters having a great time with the broken feeder.  Having pushed it off the bench they were leaping around and chasing each other round and round.  Naturally I reached for my shotgun camera before taking some pot shots.
