Collage from Aghios Dimitris

Cheating a bit here as I took the photos on Friday in Evia but made them into a collage today. From top left they are cactus flowers, yellow trumpet vine (unusual - most of them here are orange), bougainvillea, cream/peach oleander (also unusual - most of them here seem to be pink or white), and in the middle blue potato bush.
Today I got a few jobs done in the flat, including fixing the leaking drainage pipe from the sink, and went to the local street market, which is now back to its former glory including the non-essential section of clothes, linen, hardware etc etc all at bargain prices. It’s a real treasure trove! I restrained myself and just bought a pair of Italian long shorts for 5 euros.
A friend came for dinner and we sat on the balcony for several hours chatting. Very enjoyable.
