Wild love

Never quite sure whether 30 seconds from now these two will be best of friends or sworn enemies...

This afternoon whilst I called some people they played for ages! With toys such as a massive tree branch (about three times Zion’s height) grass seed, sticks, and “vines”.

We retreated when the rain started and ive spent a pleasant hour or so with a gin and tonic pottering around the kitchen slowly making tea - pasta with red pesto, roasted butternut squash and green beans, with a salad and pepper, cheddar and mozzarella bread. And fruit salad for dessert. Probably should have spent some of that time going on a run!
