Mega early run (6:30) body didnt respond well. Note to self - find another time to do it.
Z's car had a flat tyre so i tried to sort that out, when our very kind neighbour came and helped put on the spare.  Next thing i knew he had arranged me to go to a local garage to get it fixed.  So off i trundled, they couldn't fix the tyre so had to get a new one. Home by 8:30.

A working from home day today. Morning went ok. Q with his homework, we made some up for indie so she had something to do and Z and I doing our own individual work.

I have been flagging a bit. Looking at a computer screen all day has been quite hard after months of hardly looking at one at all (only for blip).

Afternoon walk. Z went and did the food shop.
