Pink splurge

I had intended a blip of Fraserburgh beach today in a very wild state. Lots of seaweed had been washed up overnight into the car park, and it was still very windy. Found myself getting ready to take what I was sure would be THE most amazing photo of a fishing boat heading out to sea when up popped the message "battery exhausted! So I slunk fairly dejectedly back into the car and headed home!

A few hours later, with camera charged up again, went into the garden to see what I could capture instead. There is some life out beginning to emerge out there including my primulas. Here's a pretty pink one brightening up a grey day. Hope you're having a good weekend.
