Chilli Seeds

A rather crinkled tiny Chilli that I found in the back of the fridge (you know how these things escape from sight) 

I was looking for some inspiration today and went for the Tiny Tuesday Challenge by Trisharooni which is vegetables. Is Chilli a veg?
