polishing a turd!!

my wife insisted i put that title to the blip!
glad rags on for some top-end cooking. i chose pig head and lobster ballontine with pig trotter jus - quite delicious with fantastic textures, followed by turbot with scampi tails.
the bedroom we chose was called 'zen' as it had a calming decor and lighting, but the effect was somewhat spoilt by a busy road, literally the other side of the only window!
