Baby Sprout

I'm sure you'll all be aware of the growing trend towards 'baby' vegetables.
If you pay a premium, you can whip up something with 'beanettes', or 'broccolini'.
The person who comes up with these names must have run out of inspiration when it came to brussels sprouts, as the name on the bag simply says, 'baby brussels sprouts'.
Maybe I could start a movement to name them 'sproutettes', or 'sproutinis'.
Or maybe not:)
