Yorkshire Pud

All these years I have been cooking Yorkshire pud with what must be a recipe from the days of rationing, with only one egg. Made some this weekend with an extravagant 4 eggs and they swelled up like popcorn.  Best I have even made - no more scrimping on the eggs.
