Deer

We ventured out today. Not something we do very often. Our destination was a fairly local RSPB reserve. 

We had a great time. Lots of sitting. Listening to the quiet. I can't hear much anyway with or without my hearing aid :-)

LandscapeGirl (my wife) from now on to be referred to as LG is a great spotter of interesting things and was the first to see deer in the trees. It was a very lovely few moments we had watching them. 

Although I am not happy with the quality of the image I do love the second deer (used as my thumbnail) peering through the branches.

Too much walking having had such little exercise of recent but a great day.

We enjoyed the day so much and have enjoyed the interaction we have been having with our visitors to the garden we are now RSPB members. Shocking to read the decline in so many birds that I would have taken for granted to be well established.

Will add a couple of extras from that day.
