Wellington War Memorial

This is a really beautiful building but is currently subject to a lot of discussion as it was constructed well before anyone was worried about earthquakes in Wellington and is currently rated at 24% but has survived everything thrown at it so far. 
The Boss passed it this morning on the way to his Monday stagger which I did not enjoy as I spend it tucked in out of the rain. Dry but boring. 
The lighting and the wet path seemed somehow to encapsulate a feeling of sadness  and caught  his imagination so he is sharing it with you all,
