A dull dry day

Our Worship at Home Service this morning, which again was interesting since my wife and I had recorded the sections of the service and were now watching ourselves.

In the afternoon we went for a 3.7 mile circular walk. On the way we passed the site of a large fire which took place during the week. You can see that it totally devastated the building.

In the evening we joined the livestream Prayer Gathering of our Baptist Union, which featured Baptist members of the Black and Asian community. Their stories of their experiences of racial injustice and discrimination in Scotland were moving and powerful, leaving us with the feeling that surely this must be the moment when change has to come.
