The ferries at Nea Stira

So nice to see the Evia ferries running again as normal! Even the bar inside is open now too.
I went back to Athens today for a few days, leaving G and Saffron looking after each other in the village.
The main reason for my trip is a meal out this evening with a small group of friends for a birthday celebration, at one of our favourite fish tavernas. It was lovely to be able to have this get-together in the flesh, at a taverna. Let's hope this normality lasts...
Happily everything is in order at the Athens flat, and no watering system disasters on the balcony. But the plants are definitely missing daily care!
