Incoming parent

A day in the garden (we're putting up a new fence), meant plenty of time to observe the blackbird comings and goings.  The parents are so busy and it's fascinating to watch.  I now know the areas in the garden they search for food and the circuitous route they take to get to the nest.  

You need to look carefully at the photo to see the bird.

So - advance apologies - I can see my blip journal taking on a Springwatch flavour for the next week or so whilst trying my hardest to social distance in order not to jeopardise the babies.
