Escaping the crowds

I managed to persuade myself to get out for a run this morning. I was encouraged along the way by three ladies I know who had stopped for a socially distanced chat. Not often I receive a round of applause.

Got the washing done and out on the line. The weather was much better than expected. Knowing the roads and coast would be busy we had a short trip to Dalby. Although it was busier than we have seen in a long time there is always lots of space away from the car parks. 

This was the view as we dropped down onto a forest track. I just loved the light. The extra is of a little girl wondering if she could jump high enough to tickle the Gruffalo on the nose.
