Spin Dry

A more chilled day than yesterday but very hot (if that makes sense!) - at one point I'd forgotten to lift the flap on my mini greenhouse and the thermometer was showing 40 degrees!  Luckily the plants look quite happy.  Ended up doing more gardening, pretty tiring in the heat, but nearly at the end of all the potting on.  A few things to go.  Too tired to do a proper walk so the dogs got to swim instead.  This evening a catch up with lovely J and a zoom dinner with R and H.  And not too late a night as need to take the car to the garage first thing.  The part that separates the exhaust from the petrol tank has broken again - very noisy when it's windy!  I suppose it has lasted well since last time it happened.
