Another day, another fledgling!

My neighbour called me this morning to say she had an avian photo opportunity in their veg garden!  So of course I rushed up the road only to discover I'd left my SD card back at the house after downloading some photos - grrr!  So I rushed home again (75 yards or so!), grabbed the SD card and went back up the road where the little thrush was still sitting quietly on the framework J has put up for some of his veg.  We weren't sure if the parent birds were about anywhere as its little wings almost don't look developed enough for flight. There are some nice looking raspberries it can eat if it gets desperate!  It certainly is not as demanding as the goldfinch baby in yesterday's blip!
