Rambutan

In yet another act of kindness from friends, we were the lucky recipients of a bag of these extraordinary looking Rambutans the other day.  They look to me for all the world like the late comedienne Phyllis Diller's hair!  After doing a little research online to find some inspiration for using these unusual fruits, I came across a recipe for Rambutan Mojitos which looks like it might be worth a try!
