Sunday at Central Market

Becoming a bit of a tradition, brunch at Central Market. Today I had Eggs Royal, which is eggs Benedict but with salmon instead of ham. Very tasty.

As is also traditional, this was washed down with an Americano. They use C C & T company coffee beans, which are freshly ground for each cup. Quite a mellow coffee.
