Silhouettes

A frost this morning followed by another sunny day.  I had three layers on for today's walk at Rabbit Island even with no wind it felt like a winter's day.  We walked the end of the beach where people are allowed to exercise their horses.  We followed that with a drive to an orchard for apples and pears and visited three nurseries looking for mandarin trees.  No joy they had all sold out.  We will look further afield but we did try to buy local.  The cafe next to one plant place was as full as I have ever seen it.  I'm assuming people are out supporting a business that was closed during our lockdown.
