A Walk Up The Road

I took a walk past the neighbors place today. A sunny but cool day. Grilled turkey burgers for dinner and it felt more like autumn.

Visited with Katie for a couple of hours this morning at a little cafe with great baked goods. such a fun visit. We sat outside and laughed and talked. We had a good catch up and are hoping to do it again before her scheduled C-section in 7 weeks. Sumner used to say her face hurt after spending time with Katie because they laughed so much. She has the same effect on me. Grateful for her sweet self.
