Heron

I've often blipped this riverside from my walk to work and today i spotted a heron which was very exciting and I stood like a loon in the rain by the traffic taking photos! hahaha! and then on the walk home we saw two herons, one flew across and landed to have a dance around with his mate!

In the evening I headed to Brightlingsea to take part in my friend's Zumbathon for St Helena Hospice which was a lot of fun but my back still hurts from my fall two weeks ago so I couldn't really get into it with the jumping around and I was never good at Zumba footwork but I can at least laugh at myself!!!
