The longest week

Given that I’ve only been in work for 3 days this week, it definitely feels a lot longer. It has rained and rained today, but at 3.30pm the sunshine came out. Harry has a long awaited haircut. Then we decided to go out to dinner at the Beachhouse at Pembroke. We had to fill in our contact details when we arrived and some of the tables were blocked off. The food is always great there and the view out of the window is my blip. What’s not to like?
In cat news, I have just rescued a second frog from the lounge. He was brought in two nights ago by one of the cats and we’ve been looking for him ever since. This evening, sat in the dark, I heard a familiar flopping noise. Closer inspection revealed a slightly fluffy frog. He has been returned safely to the pond.
