European wall lizard
Mr U&L and I decided to go fro a stroll along the beach at Shoreham, which ment I was also able to skulk around the old fort to look for the European wall lizards that live there.
This little male was quite shocked to see me, but stayed still just long enough for me to get a decent shot - he was rather handsome!

Grateful today for peaceful socially distanced days out!
