Burrard Bridge, Vancouver

Unfortunately, our journey back involved a redeye from Maui to Vancouver with w three hour wait before the short final leg to Calgary.

We managed to get to Granville Island for a nice breakfast and enjoy the Canadian west Coast. As we landed, it became apparent that the Vancouver area was enveloped in dense fog.

However, right down on the water at Granville island the sun peaked through to create this (to me anyways) iconic image of Vancouver's Burrard Bridge. In the distance can be seen some remnant of fog clinging to the shores of Stanley Park.
