Limits

Chucked in a little extra out on the bike this morning that took me over the city limits (just) for the first time in nearly 12 weeks.


And then after a spot of WFH (my first ever participation in a Teams meeting - a phone, an app, what alchemy is this?) it was kitchen set-up on the turbo for part 2 of the day's pedal-turning.
