All Finished...

After our merry bookshelf crew left, we cleared up the havoc wreaked by little whirlwind called Hazel and spent a happy few hours unpacking our books and putting them on the shelves. In fact, that's how we have spent our day. We have art books, books on photography, fiction, history and biography, a whole set of Mark Twain, adventure travel, hiking guides, trail maps and nature guides. There are tons of bird and flower books, even one on bats and another on animal tracks. It was hard not to sit down and start reading....

We decided we need four more shelves, so Chris is making them. In the meantime we need to fix the clock (again...) and get the library table refinished. Funny how the more you do, the more there is to do. We're both excited to see our concept for the library come to life and we're very happy with it. Now we hope that the new furniture fits. It's going to be close.
