Pink poppies

It's a great year for flowers.  These aren't in our garden, but are growing wild along the side of the road, together with some bright orange ones - see extra.  Escapees from Ruth and Jimmy's garden!  

Our garden is looking pretty good just now.  A combination of weather and me having more time than usual to be out doing things in it!   The only down sides are the baby rabbits and the sparrows!  I think we have succeeded in excluding the back garden bunny, but the front garden one can easily get over the wall.  The veg in the back garden is mostly netted or covered in mesh, but the flowers are getting well and truly nibbled!  Something really has developed a taste for Calendula!
